Air Brakes · Suspension · Steering · Wheel Ends — Edmonton
It pulls, it wanders, and nobody's found why.
The systems that decide how a unit stops and how it handles — air brakes, suspension, steering and wheel ends — diagnosed together, because a handling complaint is rarely just one of them. Chassis wear gets fixed first, then the alignment is measured and set.

Proof of capability
Capability you can check before you commit
A dedicated heavy-duty alignment bay — tractors and trailers, any axle count — which is why chassis repair and the alignment that follows it happen in one booking instead of two. Authorized CVIP inspection station, so a brake or steering finding becomes a repair and a re-inspection in the same visit rather than a second date on your calendar. Working out of a 40,000 sq. ft. Edmonton facility.
What Mach 6 handles
The problems you bring us
Heavy Truck Air Brake Service & Adjustment
“The CVIP came back with a brake writeup.”
Air brake diagnosis, service, adjustment and component replacement. Pushrod stroke measured across every axle, not eyeballed — and the findings written down so you can see which axle was actually out. Authorized inspection station, so the repair and the re-inspection happen in the same visit wherever parts allow.
Heavy Truck Wheel-End, Hub & Bearing Service
“There's heat coming off one hub.”
Wheel-end service — bearings, seals, hubs, and drums or rotors. A hot wheel end is a warning with a short fuse, and a repeat seal failure is usually telling you about the bearing adjustment or the hub itself rather than the seal. We look upstream before selling you the same part twice.
Heavy-Duty Suspension Repair — Air Ride, Spring & Walking Beam
“It sits low on one corner and rides like a wagon.”
Suspension repair across air-ride, spring and walking-beam setups. Ride height, bushings, hangers, torque rods and air components checked as a system, because a suspension fault shows up as a steering complaint and a tire bill long before it shows up as a broken part.
Steering Box, Linkage, Drag Link & Kingpin Repair
“There's play in the wheel and it wanders in the ruts.”
Steering box, linkage, drag link and kingpin work. Play gets measured and located rather than attributed — box, linkage, kingpin and wheel-end all feel the same from the driver's seat and cost very different amounts to fix.
ABS Fault Diagnosis — Tractor & Trailer
“The ABS lamp is on and the inspection is next week.”
ABS fault diagnosis across tractor and trailer. Sensors, tone rings, wiring and modules, tested against live data. An ABS lamp is an inspection item and a liability item, and it is one of the faults most likely to be corrosion rather than component.
Tire Wear & Handling Complaint Diagnosis
“Steer tires chewed at half their life.”
That's not a tire problem — it's geometry, or a worn component upstream of it, and new rubber just resets the clock on the same wear. The wear pattern tells us where to look before we set a single angle. Dedicated heavy-duty alignment bay, tractors and trailers, any axle count.
The right order
Chassis first. Alignment after.
Aligning a unit with worn kingpins, tired bushings or a loose drag link sets the angles to a chassis that is about to move. It measures fine, drives fine for a month, and eats the same tires. So the order here never changes: the chassis and steering wear gets found and fixed first, then the alignment is measured and set against a unit that will hold it. One booking, one bay, the right sequence — which is the part a brake shop and an alignment shop working separately cannot give you.

The commitments in writing
Two promises. Both in writing.
The Downtime Promise
Inspection results within 48 hours of your scheduled booking — guaranteed. A comprehensive estimate within 24 hours of diagnostic completion. Worst case, that's 72 hours from drop-off to a number you can act on — and you'll hear from us before then, not after. Every unit leaves with a condition report and a digital vehicle inspection you can make decisions from. No surprises. No delays. Just results.
The Estimate Lock
Serial estimating — approve one number, then watch it grow — is one of the top three issues for fleets in this industry. Our Estimate Accuracy & Approval Policy ends it: once approved, your estimate is locked on price and scope. Changing a locked estimate takes manager approval — and nothing changes without yours.
How the process works
Four steps, same order, every time
Same sequence whether it's one unit or a fleet program — that's what makes the 48-hour and 24-hour commitments something we can actually hold.
Tell us what's down
Unit, symptom in your own words — pull, wander, vibration, noise — and whether a CVIP or a roadside writeup is driving it. Bring the writeup if you have one.
We diagnose before we quote
Inspection and measurement first, with photos of what we find. You approve from evidence, not a phone description.
Your number, inside 24 hours
Parts and labour split out, chassis repair and alignment separated so you can see the sequence. Approved means locked — changes take manager approval, and nothing changes without yours.
Back on the road, on the record
Repaired, re-measured, road-tested, and filed to the unit's digital history — including the alignment printout, which is the document that proves the tire wear was addressed.

Every job leaves here with a record: what was inspected, what was found, what was approved and what was done. That record is what turns a repair into a maintenance history you can plan against.
FAQs
Questions fleets ask us
Can you do brakes and an alignment in one visit?
Yes, and that's the right order — chassis and steering wear gets fixed first, then the alignment is measured and set.
Do you work on trailer brakes too?
Yes. Tractor and trailer brake work both sit on this page, and doing them together is how brake balance actually gets checked — an imbalance costs the tractor's linings long before it red-tags.
The unit failed a roadside inspection. How fast can you look at it?
Call, don't use the form. Bring the writeup — an out-of-service item is scheduled differently from a booking, and the inspection paperwork tells us what has to be measured and documented for it to clear.
Don't take the website's word for it
Ask to see the paper. A real condition report with the measurements and photos behind it, and a locked estimate — before you commit the truck.
