Managed Fleet Maintenance

Managed fleet maintenance,built around uptime.

Your trucks don't earn anything parked — and a fleet program is a schedule, a communication loop and a record, not a discount on labour. We build all three around how your units actually run: intervals set to duty cycle, service sequenced so you never lose two trucks the same week, and a per-unit history you can plan against.

48 hrs
Inspection results from scheduled booking — guaranteed
24 hrs
Written estimate after diagnosis — parts & labour itemized
6,765
Repair orders completed — every one on the record

Proof of capability

Capability you can check before you commit

Mach 6 is an authorized CVIP inspection station and Sennebogen's authorized service provider, working out of a 40,000 sq. ft. Edmonton facility with overhead cranes, a dedicated heavy-duty alignment bay and the diagnostic tooling to confirm a fault instead of guessing at it. For units that can't come to us, mobile service brings the same program to your yard.

What Mach 6 handles

The problems you bring us

Fleet Maintenance Programs

“Two trucks down the same week.”

That's a scheduling failure before it's a mechanical one. Program service gets sequenced against your routes and season, so maintenance comes out of capacity you can spare — never out of the middle of your week.

Preventive Scheduling & Early Catches

“The roadside call is how you find out.”

A program exists so the first time you hear about a worn part is a photographed finding with a price on it — flagged before it fails, priced before it's touched — not a driver on the shoulder. Caught early is cheap; caught roadside never is.

Medium-Duty & Heavy-Duty Fleet Service

“Half my fleet is F-550s, half is highway tractors.”

One program covers both — medium-duty units through OTR and severe-duty trucks, plus off-highway equipment in the same schedule. One shop, one record system, one contact.

Dedicated Fleet Contact & Failure Tracking

“Who do I even call about unit 14?”

One person who knows your fleet answers that. Repeat failures get tracked per unit, so the third alternator on the same truck triggers a why — not just another invoice.

No Minimum Fleet Size

“We only run eight trucks.”

There's no minimum. Programs scale from a handful of units up — what matters is that the units run predictably, not how many you have.

On-Site & Regional Fleet Service

“We're not in Edmonton.”

The program travels: on-site fleet management, and a service area that covers Edmonton and the surrounding region — a 150 km radius from Sherwood Park to Red Deer.

The case for a program

Add it up before you decide a program is expensive

The repair invoice is the part everybody counts, and it's usually the smallest number on the list. A single unplanned breakdown also costs you the tow, the load that missed its window, the driver sitting on hours he can't get back, the unit that had to be pulled off another job to cover, the customer who had to be called, and the overtime that catches the schedule back up. None of it appears on the work order. All of it appears in the month.

A maintenance program doesn't make repairs free. It moves them from the shoulder of Highway 16 to a bay on a Tuesday you picked — where the part is on the shelf, the truck was already coming in, and the only cost is the one on the invoice. That's the whole argument. Scheduled service is the cheapest work we do, and it decides how much of the expensive kind you'll need.

The commitments in writing

Two promises. Both in writing.

The Downtime Promise

Inspection results within 48 hours of your scheduled booking — guaranteed. A comprehensive estimate within 24 hours of diagnostic completion. Worst case, that's 72 hours from drop-off to a number you can act on — and you'll hear from us before then, not after. Every unit leaves with a condition report and a digital vehicle inspection you can make decisions from. No surprises. No delays. Just results.

The Estimate Lock

Serial estimating — approve one number, then watch it grow — is one of the top three issues for fleets in this industry. Our Estimate Accuracy & Approval Policy ends it: once approved, your estimate is locked on price and scope. Changing a locked estimate takes manager approval — and nothing changes without yours.

How the process works

Four steps, same order, every time

Same sequence whether it's one unit or a fleet program — that's what makes the 48-hour and 24-hour commitments something we can actually hold.

  1. Walk your fleet with us

Unit list, duty cycles, current intervals, repeating failures.

  2. Build the schedule

Intervals mapped to real operation, sequenced so the fleet never goes down at once.

  3. Run the program

Digital inspections, photo approvals, one dedicated contact.

  4. Review and adjust

Failures, early catches, revised intervals — the data decides.

A fleet program's only real output is a truck that shows up for work. Scheduled service, caught early, documented per unit — that's what keeps a roadside call from being the first time you hear about a part.

FAQs

Questions fleets ask us

Is there a minimum fleet size?

No. Programs scale from a handful of units up — the schedule and the record matter, not the count.

Do you cover trucks and off-highway equipment together?

Yes — highway trucks, trailers, vocational units and construction equipment run in one program, serviced under one roof.

For contract fleets

The agreement is where the numbers get better

  • Priority booking — when a unit is down, your fleet isn't at the back of the line
  • 24/7 emergency service — contract clients only. The agreement is what gets you a wrench at 2 a.m.
  • Flexible contract rates built around your volume and duty cycles
  • One dedicated contact and a full digital history on every unit — the audit trail your compliance file wants

780 440 1723 — ask for the fleet rate sheet and a contract quote.

Don't take the website's word for it

Ask to see the paper. A real condition report and a locked estimate — before you commit the unit.
