Preventive Maintenance

PM servicebeats breakdown service.

Scheduled maintenance is the cheapest work we do — and it decides how much of the expensive kind you'll need. Same checklist every visit, findings photographed, wear flagged before it fails and priced before it's touched. Estimates within 24 hours of diagnosis, locked once you approve.

Proof of capability

Capability you can check before you commit

The problems you bring us

Custom PM Programs — Built to the Unit

“Which PM does this unit actually need?”

The honest answer: the one built for it. Off-road equipment runs the manufacturer-specified services — 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 4,000 and 6,000 hours — and we run them to the book. Truck PMs get built around your duty cycle, your routes and your season rather than pulled off a lettered menu, because a highway tractor and a gravel-pit tandem should not be on the same schedule. You own the interval; the inspection record is what tunes it.

Truck PM Service & Inspection

“Breakdowns don't book appointments.”

PMs do. Every scheduled visit runs the same checklist with an inspection built in, findings photographed — so the surprise happens in the bay, where it's cheap, not on the road, where it isn't.

Maintenance Records & Intervals

“Prove the maintenance happened.”

Every PM lands in the unit's digital history: inspected, found, approved, done. When a warranty, an auditor or a buyer asks, the record answers — and the interval recommendations come from that data, not habit.

PM Parts & Kits in Stock

“The scheduled visit that waits on a filter.”

PM kits are stocked ahead of the appointment. A scheduled service that stretches into a parts delay defeats the point of scheduling it — so the parts are on the shelf before the truck is in the bay.

PM + CVIP Scheduling

“Two appointments for one truck.”

PM is your interval; CVIP is the regulator's. Book them together and the unit makes one trip — same visit, both records filed.

Mobile PM Service — 150 km

“The units never come to town.”

Mobile PM within 150 km of Edmonton, for the fleet that can't spare the drive.

The commitments in writing

Two promises. Both in writing.

The Downtime Promise

Inspection results within 48 hours of your scheduled booking — guaranteed. A comprehensive estimate within 24 hours of diagnostic completion. Worst case, that's 72 hours from drop-off to a number you can act on — and you'll hear from us before then, not after. Every unit leaves with a condition report and a digital vehicle inspection you can make decisions from. No surprises. No delays. Just results.

The Estimate Lock

Serial estimating — approve one number, then watch it grow — is one of the top three issues for fleets in this industry. Our Estimate Accuracy & Approval Policy ends it: once approved, your estimate is locked on price and scope. Changing a locked estimate takes manager approval — and nothing changes without yours.

How the process works

Four steps, same order, every time

Same sequence whether it's one unit or a fleet program — that's what makes the 48-hour and 24-hour commitments something we can actually hold.

  1. Tell us what's due

Unit, duty cycle, last service — or send the list and we'll build the schedule.

  2. Inspect to the checklist

Same checklist every visit, findings photographed.

  3. Your number, inside 24 hours

Anything flagged gets priced before it's touched. Approved means locked.

  4. Back on schedule, on the record

Work done, filed to the unit's history, next interval set.

Every job leaves here with a record: what was inspected, what was found, what was approved and what was done. That record is what turns a repair into a maintenance history you can plan against.

FAQs

Questions fleets ask us

What's the difference between a PM and a CVIP?

PM is maintenance on your interval; CVIP is the regulated inspection at an authorized station. We do both — booking them together saves the trip.

Do you set the interval or do we?

You own it. We recommend from your units' inspection records and adjust as the data accumulates — the interval argument ends when both sides are looking at the same history.

Don't take the website's word for it

Ask to see the paper. A real condition report and a locked estimate — before you commit the unit.
